These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Orvixa’s websites, franchise management software and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind the business you represent. Orvixa is intended for business customers managing franchise or multi-location operations.
You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your account. Free trials (including the 30-day free trial) are offered as described on our pricing and demo pages, may have usage limits, and may be modified or ended if we detect abuse.
Paid plans renew according to the selected monthly or yearly cycle until cancelled. Fees are shown in local currency where available and exclude applicable taxes unless stated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal unless otherwise agreed.
You retain ownership of data you submit to Orvixa (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services. Our Privacy Policy describes personal data handling.
Orvixa, including software, branding, UI and documentation, remains our intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Each party must protect the other’s non-public information with reasonable care and use it only for purposes of the relationship.
We strive for a reliable franchise operations platform, including targets such as high availability. Except as expressly stated in an order form or SLA, Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvixa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services in any 12-month period is limited to fees paid to Orvixa for that period (or USD 100 for free trials).
Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within a reasonable period after notice. Upon termination, your access ends and Customer Data export may be available for a limited time as documented in product support resources.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed enterprise agreement states otherwise.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where a negotiated enterprise agreement supersedes.
